He enjoys spending his time off with his family down at the Chesapeake Bay catching blue crabs and fishing. If you’re lucky, you may even score a batch of his blue crabs that he enjoys treating LHI’s top realtors to. He and his wife Shante, enjoy teaching their son Layne about the simple things in life and spending time outdoors.

Shanté, our Director of Operations and Marketing is wife to Lambert Home Inspections Owner; Randy. She is a mom to a rambunctious little boy and she enjoys spending her time helping him explore the world around him. She loves spending quality time with her family, especially outdoors anywhere near the water. In her spare time, you can find Shanté working out, spending time at a quiet coffee shop or annoying Randy as much as possible!

Clifton, who often goes by CJ, is a VA licensed Home Inspector at Lambert Home Inspections. CJ enjoys spending his free time with his family, girlfriend and friends. CJ loves to show off his sarcastic side by cracking jokes with the team. When he isn’t at work, or practicing his comedic talent; he is likely hunting or fishing with family or friends. He also enjoys snowboarding trips and taking on the slopes.

Doug, is a VA, WV and MD licensed Home Inspector and US Army Veteran who worked as an Infantry Paratrooper. He has been in the Home Inspections field for 20+ years and comes to us with a wealth of experience and knowledge. As you can imagine, he loves flying in any capacity, whether it be glider, airplane, or helicopter! In his spare time, you can find Doug canoeing, boating, or hiking. He also loves taking cruises and traveling with his wife, whom he has been married to for over 36 years.

Frank got his start in the building industry early on through his high school Building Trades program and has been working in the field ever since. His experience spans masonry, framing, appliances, residential and commercial construction management, and home inspections, bringing a well-rounded perspective to every job.

When he’s not inspecting homes, Frank enjoys video and tabletop games, as well as spending time running through the woods.

When he’s not working, you can usually find him in the kitchen cooking up something new, working on cars, or hitting the slopes during ski season. Christine, our Client Care Coordinator is someone who has been in the customer service industry for seven years. She comes to us with a wealth of experience in helping others, finding solutions for clients, and aiding in the scheduling of appointments while also managing calendars. When she isn’t taking calls, scheduling inspections, and making sure our clients have been well taken care of; she is exploring new foodie spots around her. She loves taking long drives, sporadically ending up somewhere, and exploring all the area has to offer in way of food and scenery! She finds great joy in spending time with her daughter, significant other, and friends.

Aila, one of our Client Care Coordinators, has been in the customer service industry for five years and brings a strong background in communication, organization, and customer care. Outside of work, Aila enjoys running, working out, cooking, and traveling. She loves staying active and exploring new places and experiences whenever she gets the chance.
